This Privacy Policy governs the collection, storage, and processing of information by ORTENTA INC (hereinafter — “Company”, “we”), registered in the UAE, within the use of the Savory AI platform (hereinafter — “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the Service.
ORTENTA INC is a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We operate the Savory AI platform — an AI assistant for restaurants accessible via QR code and browser chat.

We do not require registration and do not collect personal data from guests (name, email, phone). Guests interact with the AI assistant anonymously.
The Service may automatically record: chat message text, browser language, technical data (device type, browser, anonymized IP address).
Upon registration we collect: full name, email address, phone number, venue name and address, payment details (processed via a certified payment provider — we do not store card data).
Collected data is used exclusively for: operating the AI assistant, providing dashboard access, sending technical notifications, improving AI response quality, fulfilling legal obligations.
We do not sell, transfer, or disclose personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

The Service uses technical cookies required for the browser chat (session, language preferences). Analytical or advertising cookies are not used without explicit user consent.
Guest data (AI chat logs) is stored for no more than 90 days and then automatically deleted. Platform client data is retained for the duration of the contract and 12 months after termination.
We apply: TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, restricted employee access, regular security audits.
Under UAE law (PDPL) and GDPR you have the right to: access your data, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We reserve the right to update this Policy. We will notify platform clients of material changes by email. The last updated date is always shown at the top of this document.
