Terms of Service

Savory AI is a platform for the restaurant industry providing:

• An AI assistant for restaurant guests, accessible via QR code and browser chat
• A management dashboard for restaurant owners (menu upload, analytics, settings)
• Multilingual support and allergen filtering
• Analytics tools and multi-venue management

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Functionality may change and expand over time.

Access to the management dashboard requires registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Take full responsibility for all actions performed through your account

The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Upload false, misleading, or unlawful information to menus
• Use the Service to distribute spam or malicious content
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or transfer Service access to third parties without Company permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Platform in circumvention of established limitations

You retain all rights to content you upload (menus, dish descriptions, images). By uploading content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of uploaded content, including the correctness of allergen information.

All rights to the Platform, including software, design, trademarks, and AI algorithms, belong to ORTENTA INC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Company’s intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is”. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
• Loss of profit or data resulting from use or inability to use the Service
• Actions of third parties, including sub-processors

The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the last 3 months of subscription.

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Service:

• Upon violation of these Terms
• Upon non-payment of subscription fees
• Upon request from authorized authorities
• In the event of Company dissolution (with 30 days’ notice)

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts at the Company’s place of registration.
